PRIVACY POLICY - Privacy Policy

In accordance with and for the purposes of Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, the following is disclosed:

a) The personal data that you voluntarily provided when completing the registration form for formalizing requests for information on the company's products, services, marketing promotions, events, and promotional initiatives will be processed, including through the use of computer and telematics procedures on a database basis, for the following purposes:

1. For management, statistical, commercial, promotional, and advertising purposes related to the products and services of AD AVIATION  - UNIPESSOAL LDA,

b) The provision of personal data is optional; However, a refusal to respond or to express consent may prevent the Company from processing user requests.

c) The personal data you provide may be communicated and disseminated, for all the purposes indicated above in point a) of this information, also to other companies within the group belonging to AD AVIATION  - UNIPESSOAL LDA,.

d) The personal data you provide may be processed, for the purposes referred to in point a) of this information, also by the following methods: fax, telephone (even without operator assistance), email, and other computer systems and/or automated communication.

e) With regard to the aforementioned processing, the data subject has the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of such data and to be informed of its content and origin, to verify its accuracy, or to request its integration, updating, or correction, in accordance with Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003. Under the same article, the data subject has the right to request the erasure, anonymization, or blocking of their personal data, even if relevant to the purpose of its collection or for the purposes of sending advertising material, direct marketing, or conducting market research or commercial communications.

f) The data controller is AD AVIATION  - UNIPESSOAL LDA,, with its registered office at rua Tomas Fonseca 1600-209 Lisboa, Portugal 

g) The personal data you provide will be stored at the offices of AD AVIATION  - UNIPESSOAL LDA, with its registered office in Lisbon, Portugal.

h) The personal data you provide may be transferred abroad within the European Union, in accordance with and within the limits defined in Article 42 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003. Personal data may be transferred abroad to third countries within the limits and within the limits set by Article 42 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003. Article 44, letter b) of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.

In this regard, it is specified that AD AVIATION  - UNIPESSOAL LDA, may only operate with parties who have adhered to the "Safe Harbor Principles on Confidentiality" (Safe Harbor Agreement).
